He lives in Liverpool. He has been practicing continually, frequently working on art projects with inner city Liverpool children.
He studied under direction of artist and illustrator Tony Wells (Hugh Baird College, Liverpool 1994-95), then studied Art for four years under direction of artist and sculptor Andy Shaw (Edge Hill University, Ormskirk 1996-2000) attaining a BA Art Hons in 2000 specialising in Sculpture.
He has recently finished working as full time as the Artist in Residence in a beacon special school, working with a variety of children aged 5-16, with a variety of different learning difficulties, such as autism and severe physical disabilities.
Recently, he has toured Spain and Portugal on his motorbike with a friend, making notes, visiting galleries and deriving inspiration for future work. Upon returning in September 2008, he began teaching art to children with emotional, social and psychological problems in the Wirral Hospitals School.
He has exhibited in Albert Dock complex, Edge Hill University, Ormskirk; Fazakerly Hospital, Liverpool and Hornby Centre Liverpool (2008)
